We’re lucky that we get to sometimes see Iveta dance and she just continually blows me away! I’m so excited to see her growth as she continues to develop as a dancer. When she had asked to design a necklace to go with her dress, we all were very excited (including her awesome mom, who ended up gifting it to her).
After the initial design concepts, we went back and forth making the final tweaks until it was just right.
Oftentimes, coaches will have some ideas about how they want their students to showcase the best look for them possible, so we always encourage people taking the sketches to their coach and have a discussion with them about the look. From there, we are more than happy to make adjustments. In this case, we did a few things to ‘beef up’ the necklace somewhat to make it more impactful and substantial.
We loved the flame-like cuts in her dress and wanted to reflect that in the design as well. And voila, the gorgeous, statuesque Iveta!!
